The Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic has considerably and graciously pegged her cut off mark for the 2024/2025 academic session at 120 and above. This is to avail all interested candidates the opportunity to higher education in the college. In line with the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), AOPE is ready to welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates seeking for admission into the school.

The eligibility criteria for the National Diploma programs are as follows:
- Applicants must have sat for the 2023/2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
- Applicants must have selected Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa as their first choice institution.
- Applicants who are willing to change to Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa as their first choice of institution with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) can also apply.
