Candidates Eligible to Buy EDSU Post UTME Screening Form

  • Application for admission is open to candidates who wrote the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)
  • Applicants should complete the online application form on EDSU’s website, ensuring they meet departmental entry requirements of five credit passes, including English and Mathematics.
  • For Medicine and Surgery, the five credits must be obtained at one sitting only.
  • Candidates awaiting results are eligible to apply, but all applicants must undergo the EDSU screening exercise.
  • Candidates wishing to change their University/Course of Study to EDSU must apply for a Change of Institution through JAMB, complete the EDSU online application, and participate in the screening exercise
• Direct Entry
  • Direct Entry candidates need to purchase and process the 2024 JAMB Direct Entry Form.
  • EDSU accepts various qualifications for Direct Entry, including a merit pass in NCE, credit in OND/HND, or a second class (Lower Division) in BSc.EDSU accepts various qualifications for Direct Entry, including a merit pass in NCE, credit in OND/HND, or a second class (Lower Division) in BSc.

Candidates will be allowed to transfer from other NUC accredited Universities to Edo State University Uzairue provided they meet the following conditions:

1. Purchase and complete the prescribed Edo State University Inter-University Transfer application Form online.
2. Pass interview/Screening conducted by Edo State University Uzairue.
3. Hold the minimum entry requirements for admission into Edo State University Uzairue.
4. Hold JAMB admission letter to your current University.
5. Ensure that the transcript of their academic records are received in the Admissions Office of Edo State University Uzairue.
6. Have a C.G.P.A. of not less than 1.5
